Character's Name: Kristeva
Character's Age: As an Autoreiv Kristeva isn't human and therefore has no human age. It isn't stated how long she's been active but it can be assumed that she has been Raul's companion type Autoreiv for several/many years.
Conditional: If your character is 13 years of age or under, please clarify how they will be played. Kristeva has (mostly) the appearance of an adult woman, although her facial appearance shows that she is not human nor a person. Her programming keeps her loyal to Raul Creed and she retains a very professional manner, like an adult. Due to being Cogito infected Kristeva is also 'growing' more - becoming infected gave her a soul, allowing her to fully feel and understand human emotion (elaborated in personality).

What form will your character's NV take? A data chip - it will project a holographic visual of whomever is contacting her or simply project their voice. Text based entries will also be 'displayed' to her in a similar format. Due to her NV being a datachip, rather than selecting a function on say a phone it will appear how she wishes it (text/voice/video) due to her being an Autoreiv and being able to manipulate technology (better explained in abilities).

Character's Canon Abilities: As an Autoreiv Kristeva is programmed with much knowledge of Romdeau along with what she has 'learned' during her active years. Due to her robotic components she is also stronger than a human and far more durable (in most cases). Due to being an Autoreiv Kristeva is also good with technology and patching into networks - aiding her in gathering more information.

Character History:

Point in Canon: Post canon

Character Personality: In contrast to Iggy (Re-l Mayer's Autoreiv) who displays a rather talkative personality, Kristeva originally appears detached and devoid of human feeling - something which is shown to only be half true. Kristeva is unwaveringly loyal to Raul Creed (her master), showing her care and concern only to him whilst keeping a professional demeanour. Her professionalism aides both in her loyalty to Raul along with allowing her to more efficiently perform her duties.

Throughout the majority of the series Kristeva is unaffected by the Cogito Virus, something which radically alters the personality and actions of the Autoreiv's that are affected by it, turning them (barring Pino) violent towards their masters and other humans. Kristeva, however, manages to override this; rather than becoming hostile Kristeva manages to retain her personality and is able to integrate her new soul into herself - like Pino did. Even whilst infected by the Cogito Virus Kristeva remains loyal to Raul, perhaps even more so as she is now able to understand his actions and motivations when he becomes mentally compromised. After Raul's death rather than losing her raison d'être Kristeva gains a new one - the task of looking after Pino and keeping her safe. After finding Raul dead with a picture by him that Pino drew Kristeva is able to understand his final wish - to find Pino. The Cogito Virus is what allows her to fully understand what it is that Raul wishes for her, giving her a new purpose now that Romdeau has fallen.

Kristeva's loyalty to Raul Creed is an important part of herself. Raul Creed is her raison d'être, her purpose for being and the reason as to her creation. Throughout the series her loyalty to Raul is unchanging - unwavering despite the changes that occur in Raul himself. After Raul's wife and son are killed by Monad, and after Pino leaves Romdeau, it is Kristeva whom advices Raul to not act or show public emotion on the matter in order to preserve his image and standing as Chief of the Security Bureau. After Raul becomes mentally compromised due to seeing visions of Vincent Law, Kristeva opts to remove Raul from the citizen records in an attempt to cease his actions and to protect him. Even in the penultimate episode when Romdeau is on the brink of destruction does Kristeva remain loyal, causing Re-l Mayer to question why. The answer? Human and Autoreiv cannot live without the other - she is Raul's Entourage and it is her duty to protect him.

Character Plans: Due to Raul's final wish being that Kristeva looks after Pino that is the duty that she will take on within Siren's Port, along with also looking after Nana (if Nana permits it). Kristeva will continue to aide Raul (but not at work as Franz is there). It will be interesting, also, to see how being Cogito infected takes her.

First Person Sample [ accidental voice ]
This is not Romdeau.

[ That much was evident. Darkness did nothing to obscure Kristeva's vision - her sensors. Romdeaus had been falling, leaving a path of destruction. They had left; Pino, Re-l and herself. They had left for somewhere new; unknown. Was this it? If so- ]

I have failed in my duties; failed in the final wish of Raul Creed.

[ Pino wasn't here. It was only a short time since she had found her and already- ]

I have no purpose left; Raul Creed is dead and Romdeau fallen. I am without being.

Third Person Sample Raul Creed had been her duty, her purpose - her raison d'être and now he was no longer. For all of Kristeva's being they had been together as human and Entourage - as was the way. And now Raul Creed was no longer. She had been loyal - dutiful even if she did not agree. This wasn't the end, however, that much was now clear.

Pino had returned to Romdeau and in that was her new purpose, her new meaning. Raul Creed may have been dead but his final wish had not been lost on herself - the Cogito Virus had helped her to see that, to understand his wishes. Even dying her had made an attempt to find her - his daughter. Raul Creed's efforts would not be for naught; for all that had happened Kristeva would promise him that. She would remain loyal as she always had been.

Taking in the picture laid by his hand, the tears that had fallen and Raul Creed's being Kristeva had her order - her duty; she would find Pino, care for her as Raul Creed would wish it. They would leave what was left of Romdeau and search for somewhere new. Somewhere safe for them - for Pino, and she would allow no harm to come to her.

Her duty was clear - her new raison d'être.
